Notice the “If-then-for” statements.  What are you pursuing whole-heartedly, and what will be the fruit of these pursuits?

What is the significance of righteousness [personal] and justice [interpersonal] being tied together?

How does awareness of equity influence the manner in which you interact with others?

Have you tasted the benefits of wisdom, causing a further pursuit?

  1. Righteousness (Tsedaqah) – “right relationship” – and Justice (Mishpat) – “to treat people equitably” – combine to form this idea of social justice. How important is it that we see both functioning together in unison?
    Explore further in Psalm 33:5 and Jeremiah 9:23-24.
